Distance selling
The items we have for sale are pictured and described as accurately as possible, the pictures provided are of the actual item/s for sale, we always do our best to highlight any relative defects or flaws. If, after receiving your item, you are unhappy in any way, you have the right to return/refund/exchange your purchase. Free returns applies to any faulty, missrepresented or broken item received by you our buyers. Our free returns policy does not apply to buyers remourse, for such items the buyer is responsible for the return costs, please obtain proof of postage or postage tracking if neccessary.
- You are entitled to a full refund if you inform us within 14 days of receiving an item that you want to cancel. You have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us.
- You will be refunded within 14 days of the returned goods being received by us. You are not required to provide a reason for the return, although feedback is appreciated, to assist us with improving our service.
- We are not obliged to accept free returns for items, if you simply change your mind.
- If the item is neither faulty or not as described, the buyer bears the cost of return postage, please retain proof of postage.
