The only downside to the event was the Sideshow Collectibles SDCC exclusives that I'd pre-ordered and paid for which to my surprise had been sold earlier as I hadn't been to collect them by 12 (which was the collection deadline, apparently I'd been notified in an email). Outside across the Transit Systems tracks was the Heroes Carnival, a totally free event with free cotton candy, snow cones and a free draw for signed Heroes Scripts. The license for the Con to be hosted in San diego expires in 2012 so it may move to another city after that date, which would be a real shame because San Diegos great.
